brother sponsoring for Green card

my brother is a US citizen from last 4-5 years. what are the chances of me getting us green card if he sponsor us and what is the approximate time duration for it.

i m 42 year old, my wife is 41 and two kids 13 and 7 year old. we are Indian citizen and working.

Also what is the fee for the same.
