My mother is 7 yrs old and in currently in US on a valid B1 visa. She has a 10yr visa and also has a UK visa. She has visited US about 4 -5 times over last 20 yrs. I am going to sponsor for the GC and had couple of questions ..
1. If for some reason "( incomplete paperwork ) or any other reason her GC is rejected , will she the visa also get cancelled ?
2. She arrived about a month back , so she still has 5 months left on I-94. Would it be OK if I apply now for the GC or should I wait for another month. ?
