I130 and G325 for Spouse Petition
Hi,
I'm new to the forum so I don't know if this topic has been discussed or not, and my situation is a bit more complicated than a typical one.
My wife and I got married last month in Vietnam. My wife is a vietnamese (born and raised). She has been in Germany since 09/2015 (she's in dorm) for her Master degree. So in G325a, her address in Germany will be the present/ latest one. Do I use this adress to fill in C2 of I130 or do I use her permanent address (which is her address in Vietnam)? We want the mailing address to be the one in Vietnam. But someone told me it doesn't matter cuz they will ask for her mailing address later in phase 2.
Since she's not living in the US, whats the different between C2 (address) and C19 (address abroad) in I130?
I really do need your help/advice on this (asap)
