Hi,
I became a U.S. citizen (by parent and have a certificate of citizenship) at the age of 8 (at the same time my mother became a naturalized U.S. citizen). We went back to our home country a year later. Now, I am 36 years old and came back to U.S. last month to live here permanently. If I apply for a I 130 form for my children, who are 9 and 12 years old right now, is it important how long I have been living here permanently and is there a way I can bring my children during the process with a tourist visa or something similar? Which visa type should I apply after the process
