Hello,
My parents are both Permanent Residents and applied to sponsor me in May 15, 2012. My case got approved by USCIS within a year and now I am waiting for a GC slot to become available at NVC. I am on an H-1B and lawfully employed. Is there anything at all to make the process go faster or any interim visa that is available for people who are waiting for GC availability? I believe the F2B date is 08Feb2011 currently. If someone could help answer my questions, that would be greatly appreciated.
