I have a few questions:
(1) My wife is currently on her F-visa and is using her OPT while working on the east coast. We live together, etc. I was wondering if filing will affect her ability to continue working. Will filing the i-130 and 1-485 prevent her from working? If it does, is there any way for her to continue working during the process?
(2) We are just getting started in the process and I am not confident that I know what I need to do - I know I will need to file the i-130, which requires evidence of our relationship and the g-325a for both of us. We will also need to the i-485 for her and we can file the G-1145 for notification. Is there anything I am missing?
