need infromation related to PCC

hello guys, I need information regarding PCC. Is there any document which need to be resubmitted when any one send his/her PCC again ??
actually our PCC will expire in nov and i heard that there is one document from the petitioner side which will submit again with our PCC ??
I just want to know is this correct information ?? If it is correct then which document is that ???
and yeah my PD is 23rd may 2003.

No.it does not need to be resubmitted.just get a PCC like the last time
