Affidavit of support problem

Hi
So i am almost done with the financial documents for my parents, and i had already sent the file however i got an email about a missing document which is the affidavit of support.
Regarding the AOS i Have already done one under my name, however as i dont work i asked for a relative to become the sponsor of both my parents, I wanna know if they are required to fill and pay for the AOS, and if YES How to do so? ( AS i already filled the first one under my name and paid)

Co-sponsors don't pay an AOS fee. Just prepare the paperwork, with evidence and respond to either the NVC or USCIS using the response documents provided.

I have already mailed the documents however i received an email regarding some missing papers, :

______F - FINANCIAL EVIDENCE:______________________________________
We received your Immigrant Visa Application; however, we have not received an Affidavit of Support form. You must submit an Affidavit of Support form before we can complete your case.
Please go to our website http://nvc.state.gov for instructions on how to obtain, complete, and submit an Affidavit of Support form.
When responding to the National Visa Center, please include the bar code sheet that came with this letter. Failure to include the bar code sheet may cause a delay in the processing of your case. The bar code sheet should be placed on top of all documents being submitted for this case and mailed to the address provided.

But i have already paid and submitted the AOS fees.

This request is asking you to submit form I-864; it says nothing about the AOS fees.

Thanks, but i already submitted the form, could it be wrong and need a correction? or could it be the wrong form? I-864
