migration from Italy to U.S
hello, i need information for my sister. She has Italian Permanent Residency and her husband and children got citizenship. Now my question is how can she move to U.S.A ?
As my mother, father, brother and me applied for F4 IV and now we are in the que awiting for interview. ( PD-23rd may 2003)
is there any way for my sister to move easily in U.S ?
Please let now if any body have any information regarding this matter. Actually we want my sister and her family also join us there (U.S) as a P.R
and yeah one thing more i want to tell before her marriage her name was also in I-130 petition. Actually my uncle is the petitioner and he had petitioned for our whole family. But my sister got married. As my case is falls under CSPA.
