Question about a I-864

Hi everyone. I started the process of "family based greencard", i married an us citizen. Im filling the forms I-130 and I-485 concurring.

She doenst have enough Income, college student, to apply and ill need a co-sponsor.

My question is, im self-employed and i fill my taxes providing my 1099, and i make enough income, am i able to add my income on her I-864?

Does anyone ever crossed with something like it?

I have it come across anyone who a 1099 tax filing. However, as long as you can produce 1099 filings with the IRS and the income stated in your filings is sufficient, then I do not foresee any issues. This is myopinion. I recommend you contact USCIS by phone or if it feasible go to a USCIS application support center.
