my wife had sponsered me for change of status i-485 and my interview was coming up on aprill 11. what effect would a divorce have on me or her failure to attend interview do on me. am on f1 visa but since filing for change of status i havent maintained the full load in class. will tehy start the deportation process if we cancel everything?. somebody hep please!
