So per Ray's suggestion, i got a new co sponsor.
I just need to know how to fill out i-864
so the current situation is
-myself (immigrant)
-my wife (US Citizen) : doesnt meet income requirement for 864
-Co Sponsor: business owner, married, permanent resident and mother of 2 who are over 21 years old
Now she gave me 1040s, business license/certificate and her copy and her husbands copy of GC.
She filed with her husband, her husbands name comes first on 1040 then her name as joint. She owns the business though. In this case, who is actually sponsoring me? like who needs to sign 864, her or the husband?
also are there any other document i need from her?
