Child Status Protection Act???

My father is US citizen. My birthday is 12 January 1995. When my father filled with the I-130 Form(2 November, 2015) I was 20, This date is also priority date.
I'm 21 now. My case in NVC now. I submitted all steps in NVC. I'm waiting for interview. My status is still IR-2.

I asked to NVC: 'Is CSPA eligible for me?' and they send me this e-mail:
''Dear Sir/Madam:
The NVC is currently processing this case under the guidelines of the Child Status Protection Act of 2000.''

I didn't undertstand anything. Is CSPA eligible for me? Will I go to USA as soon as possible?

Since your eligiblity status is "immediate priority," you should be eligible to interview and obtain visa even though you have turned 21 before the interview date.
