F4 Based petition about Child Status Protection Act

Hi! My Aunt, a US Citizen petitioned my father. I'm from Philippines and it's almost 23 years now. Our priority date is Sept 1993 and few months from now, our father's petition will be current. But as we wait for the petition, I aged out and i'm now 22 years old turning 23 next month. And my concern is if they can apply me to Child Status Protection Act? so that I can also immigrate with them as soon as the petition will be open. Is someone know what are the qualifications of Child Status Protection Act and if I am qualified. Thanks!

Priority date and approval date please !

Priority date is September 13, 1993, since the current bulletin for F4 in Philippines right now is March 01, 1993 and it's changing by 1 month every month because the current bulletin by October is April 15, 1993 so we're expecting the Approval date to be on April 2017 because my aunt have already passed the requirements of my father. in my case, do you think i'm still qualified for the Child Status Protection Act sir? i am not asking for the current bulletin date.I am asking the date on which your petition was approved.?

We have just assume that the visa will get approve by April 2017 because our priority date doesnt hit the current visa right now. But by counting the months, April 2017 will be the approval date.

what do u mean i-130 approved? where can i see it in the letter that they sent us way back Sept 1993&1994? because they sent us 2 sets of letter. Dec.1993 saying that Visa numbers are not presently available because of delay that it can took many years and just wait for the priority date to become current. and the May 1994 saying that '' the Department of State is in the process of establishing the National Visa Center in Portsmouth, New Hampshire to process immigrant visa petitions which have been approved by the Immigration and Naturalization (INS). Your file has been transferred to the NVC for Processing, but unfortunately visa numbers still not avail for your use"

Priority Date Sept 1993

But my Auntie, the US citizen that filed the petition said that she already gave other documents to the NVC last month and By April 2017 the priority will become current and the visa will be available for use.
