Hi.. I am new on this site and looking for a little information regarding visa's..I am currently in F3 category and my priority date is March 09 so still a while to go and it feels like it ain't moving anywhere fast lol, my question is can my husband apply for a work visa he does IT while we have a application pending, I know work visa aren't guaranteed but maybe worth a shot , I have kids and am getting a little worried how close my daughter will be to 16. One other question I have read some relatives can adjust status from USA but we can't because f3 category has along backlog but I wondered if my husband could do that if I didn't work (it's is parents in the states) and didn't until our priority date became current,I know this is probably no but thought I would ask.
