Dear Forum contributors,
I am a PR green card holder resident of USA since 2 years.
I got married in May 2016 in India to an Indian resident.
Now i will be visiting my Husband for three months and be back in January 2017.
Meantime all my Documents to file for F2A Petition for my Spouse will be ready (his Birth Certificate will be ready in 20 days).
Can my family members in USA forward my Petition while I am out of USA visiting India?
I have everything ready ..waiting for his Birth Certificate..
