As you should know there is a waiting list to petition a relative, more over, we can see on the Visa bulletin about the waiting time. But there is a limit per country of about 15000 Visas, I can find information and read the bulletin where shows Mexico, India, China, filipinas and Rest of the Word. http://www.immihelp.com/visa-bulletin-movement/
Each country has its own waiting time, for instance F4-Mexico filled in 1997 and as I understand its being process in Oct-2016. But if we look at F4-China filled in 1997 was process in 2008.
Having said that, each country has a different waiting time, I am trying to get information about that 'Rest of The World' category, list of each country that belong to that group..
Where can I find that ?
