Hi,
I want to apply green card for myself. My husband is a US citizen. I currently in the States using my student visa, F1 Visa. Since my husband is a student too, his income doesn't enough to sponsor me and we decided that his friend will be the joint-sponsor. However, I don't really understand what kind of forms that we have to include in the application. I already read the website, but, still couldn't understand it.
Plus, we got married in my country and I have the English translation for our married certificate. Should we register our marriage here in order to apply the green card or the translation is enough?
I really need your explanation regarding this matter. Your help is highly appreciated.
