EAD Questions - Got EAD Letter but no EAD card? How long to get Social Security No?

My wife (from India) is applying for her Greencard. She got her EAD letter but no EAD card?

- How long does it take for the card to come in the mail (Cleveland office)?
- After we get the EAD card, we will goto the social security office - how long does it take to get her social security number, is it instant?

EAD card should only take 7-10 business days to be received by mail.
