We received RFE on Birth certificate for my mom's green card application. We responded with the birth certificate in a format similar to samples on immihelp. USCIS responded with an RFE saying that they need the birth certificate only in Hindi (official language of birth state) and a notarized translation as well.
Now, we were able to obtain a Hindi-only birth certificate from local municipality office but it still has her name in both english and hindi (seperated by a backslash). Also, the addresses are written only in English in this new birth certificate.
We are concerned that USCIS may not like this because they asked for a Hindi-only certificate and the latest one that we have has mixture of Hindi and English text.
What are the chances that USCIS will not accept the new birth certificate ?
Can someone please chime in on this ?
Thanks in Advance.
