My daughter, who is a US Citizen filed an I-130 Petition for me, her mother, which was recently approved.
Now I am completing the NVC online application and gathering documents. I was told that my spouse would be able to complete immigration paperwork at the same time as me and that he did not need his own Petition. My daughter was over 21 when we married, so she could not have filed a petition for him anyway.
Could someone please advise as to how my husband completes paperwork. We only have one ID in my name to log onto the NVC site and only paid one fee in my name, although he is listed as my husband on the original I-130 Petition.
