Hi,
My wife (sponsor) is a US citizen and I am the beneficiary. She is filing I-130 with two G-325A forms.
1. G-325A is for sponsor
2. G-325A for the beneficiary.
But who is the applicant in the beneficiary G-325A form she is filing? Am I the one? Do I have to fill details about my info, my parents info, my last 5 yrs of residence, work experience etc. and sign the form? Can you please advice? I need to mail the forms today and just have this one question about the form?
