My sister received a notification last week from NVC to file the DS-261 form for her application. (I am the petitioner)
One of her child that listed in the DS-261 form is turning 21 years old this December, so we are trying to submit everything and hopefully be able to schedule the interview before December.
But, if we could not get the interview in before the child turns 21, what will happen?
