DS-260 civil documents status help

Hello i live in Dominican Republic and im applying for a CR1 visa, recently i completed the DS-260 form and on the status page below civil documents it says N/A. Does this mean i dont have to email the NVC the civil documents, i have already schedule my visa application center appointment and my embassy appointment.
