Job Change while sponsoring in I-864

I am an intending immigrant and a spouse.
I have sponsored for myself in I-864 while applying for green card through marriage. My interview is not scheduled yet.
Is it safe to change job as I have sent documents showing income from my current employer?
What will happen to the application process?
Do I need to resend documents after changing my employer while sponsoring for myself?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

That's not an issue. As longest your taxes of last 3 years are good and you have "another" job. They care about income NOT where you work...
