  • Green Card 2018. Family form or Individual form for a married couple? ? ?

    Hello

What would you do for the Green Card 2018 : Family form or Individual form ?

And if I chose the Individual form, what could be the negatives impacts saying that I am not married ?

    Thanks in advance

Good morning, I take it that english is not your first language.
The AOS process is a bit more complicated based on your question, its a 2 step process and the impact of you saying you are not married/falsifying a marriage are slim to none.

You are totally right Adrian English is not my mother tongue. And I don't understand what you wanna say by "slim to none".

If you want my question is : What would you advice me :doing two applications as a single or 1 as a married couple? This logically would double my chances of getting a green card but what impacts of that ? Thanks in advance to all who will answer.

        fabouille,

        1. Are you married or single?
        2. What basis are you applying for a green card?
3 "Slim to none" means you have little to no chance.

You never want to lie on any application... That would be fraudulent... so if you are married you need to apply as such... Same for single...

Just my opinion... Use at your own risk...
