  • Can I make a correction even after my I-130 got aprove ?

I've recently filled an I-130 application for my daughter . She was married then got divorced before I filled the application. I just realized instead of putting she's divorced I put single . It also made me skip the section where it asked about any privious husband she had . Could that be a problem for her to get the visa ?

Yes, this lack of detail will trigger possibly a "Request for evidence" notice and it will affect her AOS and she will be refused during FBI Namecheck and finger printing.
Call USCIS immediately and request if its possible to change your petition request before you lose your filing fee.

But the petition already got aprove and now it's at the NVC.

Since your Petition for Immediate family is approved then when filling out the I-485 make the corrections and a letter of explanation.

She's under F2b . Her priority date won't be current until the next 5-10 years .
