HI,
I just got my green card (Family bases, 4rd preference – Brothers and Sisters of US Citizens) and i did not travel to US to give them (US Officials) the sealed package at the point of entry.
Because of the nature of my process, which took many years I did live normally and this year I got a fiancée. She would like to go to US too, but she only has a “Tourist and Business Visa”, which is valid only for 6 mouths.
We will marry at FEB/2017.
My question is: We want to be together and we don’t want be separated while their process (will be an F2A, I guess..) is processing by USCIS. So what should it be the best approach for that:
1 – Fill a petition for her, get a reentry permit for my (so I can be in my country with her) and wait for her vise be approved;
2 – Fill a petition for her, immigrate with her and try an Adjustment of Status for her;
3 – Fill a petition for her, maintain her as tourist as maximum as possible (legally speaking)
Does someone have the same experience or case? Any ideas?
Tks
