can joint sponsor spouse fill form i-864A??

Hi everyone
i have a question and i hope someone answer me
can joint sponsor spouse fill form i-864A??
my situation is that my wife income is not enough so we used joint sponsor but the joint sponsor income could not be enough alone but if his wife income counted it will be enough so is his wife income counted??
if yes does she need fill I-864A or do something else??

Yes, she can file Form I-864A.

i found on google that if joint sponsor filled federal income return jointly with wife she must fill i864A... can anybody confirm that???
