I-130 for sister/her husband and daughetr under 10 yrs

Hi there
i am us citizen
i want to apply for my sister, her husband and 7 yr old niece.
Do i need to file 3 separate i-130 forms ?
Do i need to pay separate fees for all three ?

You only need to file one I-130 petition and on section C, PART 17 of the I-130 form you will add husband and child's name. Since you only need to file one petition so you will pay only ONE fee also.
