I am 25 years old. I came to this country with my family when I was a kid. I am enrolled in DACA program so I am authorized to work at the moment. My parents also came to the U.S. with a visitor visa but since my sister is married to a citizen, she was able to file green card paper for both my parents and I. But as a silibing it will take years.
My parents have been telling me to file I130, because they were told the sooner I file the I130 the sooner I get processed (when they finally get their citizenship in the next couple years).
Am I eligible?
