Hi, I got a RFE in August, sent it on the last week of October and USCIS received it and updated the status to RFE received on case status on October 31. I heard it usually changes quickly to RFE review but mine has been stuck at RFE received till now!
I'm not sure if it's a good sign, are they trying to deny my case??
It was I-864, the previous cosponsor couldn't qualify due to only current income qualifies for the requirement but on RFE I sent new i-864 with new cosponsor with 3 year tax return and tax transcript that exceeds 100k every year for the 3 years
