Do i file EAD/AP with spouse GC, employer based EAD/AP expires in 2018

I am about to file concurrent I-130/485 as Immediate relative GC (Spouse GC) and would like to know if i should file EAD & AP. My Employment GC (EB3) is pending and have EAD/AP combo card expiring May 2018.

And if i should not file EAD/AP do i have to explain anything in my spouse GC application.

i have EB 3 (India ) PD Feb 2007
