Howdie, I'm planning to go to the us to continue my studies in a community college to then transfer to a uc, but my mother who is a gc holder should fill for me on May 2017 and classes starts on august. My question is, can I come to the us then start my i 130 application and still have the right to go to a community college while waiting for it ? if so, when should I apply ? Thank you very much !
