  • about petitioner's birth certificate?

Hi all, my husband and i are working on my green card application and we have a question about his birth certificate. He became us citizen through naturalization and his birth certificate is in Spanish. In order to file petition for me, do we need to get a translated & notarized birth certificate for him (petitioner), or his US passport and certificate of naturalization are enough?
Thank you guys in advance for replying!

His US Passport will be sufficient evidence. Just make copies for submission.

Either his valid US passport or his Certificate of Naturalization (either one) is enough. His birth certificate is not useful as he was not born in the US.

This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.
