  • My husband has an E2, I am GC holder

Maybe someone can help me in getting this: I am going to fill in a I130 for my husband (I am a GC holder). Currently he is working in US with a E2 (which expires in 5 years).
In the form I 130, bullet 14, should I mention that?
It is written: "He arrived as a" visitor/student/stowaway/without inspection. What should I refer to?

Again, bullet 16 ask if he has even been under immigration proceedings. Should I refer YES due to the E2 release process?

Thank you so much to anyone can help.

Did you marry before or after before you became a permanent resident?

Put No unless he has been in removal proceedings.

This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.
