Hi I need some help. I've been looking everywhere and it's all so confusing and I don't know what to do. I do not have enough money to pay for an immigration attorney so that is out of the question.
I am a US citizen and my fiance is a student here on F1. I met my now fiance in school, and we are getting married this Friday, and that also happens to be when school ends for her so Im assuming that is when her visa expires, but isn't there a 60 day grace period I believe... So we plan on filing the I-485 , and I-130 on the 1st of January when I can afford to do so. Im concerned of whether this will be an issue or not and what to do and all. Also we do not live together at the moment because I am living in the dorms I cannot move out until May of next year which Im assuming is around the time the interview would be but we plan on moving together after school ends in June. She wants to be able to work also ASAP so I assume we have to file that as well. Will there be any issues and is there something Im missing that would be of help??
