Hi,
I’m a US citizen and will soon file I-130 for my parents. Should I mail 2 I-130 applications (one for my mom, and one for my dad) in one envelope to INS, or should I send these applications separately?
My parents did not have their official marriage certificate until I was 15, but my birth certificate has both of my parent’s names. In part C-8 of I-130 (Date of place of recent marriage,) should I put the date that I parents got marriage, or should I put the date when they got their official marriage certificate? Do I need to provide INS any other information and/or document to support this fact?
Thanks for any advise.
