Has anyone experienced this? I am on a F1 Visa and I lost my sponsor on September. On October I had to start working to keep school going. I married to an US Citizen on November. I am still working without the permit (I receive checks on my name). We are going to be applying but we don't know what exactly to put on the i-130 for my last work location. Someone help me, please? Is it a big issue?

How is your employer allowing you to work? Are you working as a contractor and thus don't need to fill out an I-9? Make sure you absolutely never claim to be a US citizen on any form as that will lead to a lifetime ban with no waiver.
This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.
