My uncle submitted the I-130 form to petition my mom in June 2007 under the F4 visa, when I was 17, but he forgot to write my name down as a child of the relative in the I-130.

The approval has not come in yet as of the time of this post. If the approval comes, and I am eligible under CSPA, can I still immigrate with my mom, even though my name was not on the form? Thanks.

Hi, I don't think it matters. When the time comes, you mother will have to fill up the application form and at that time she can send all your documents to include you in the application. And I believe, your case will be processed with your mother's, provided you are eligible under CSPA. We did the same for our daughter. She was born after the application was approved.

I have limited knowledge about CSPA as we didn't have to go through this. But as far as I know, you will need the approval date to calculate CSPA.
