All, I am posting this question in the family section because "Immediate Family Members" Do not have to wait for a Visa Number.
Here is my question: Immediate family members sponsored by a USC Family/Spouse have un-limited Visa #'s set aside so they do not have to wait in line. How does USCIS process an I-485 application?
Is it processed by date received?
Or by Priority Date?
I did not file concurrently, I filed I-130 in 01/05/2016 and my priority date is 01/05/2015
I filed my I-485 07/06/2016 and my priority date is 01/05/2016
