Hello all,

I am questioning about I130-F4. I am from Hong Kong SAR and my PD is Sep'04.
Does anyone know if Hong Kong SAR should be classified as "China-mainland" or "All Chargeability Areas"?
for they have different date.

Meanwhile, I am a bit confused of 2 bulletins. Which one should be looking at?

If you were born in Hong Kong, then it should be "All Chargeability Areas Except Those Listed"
