I-130 for daughter and grandchilds

my question is regarding the birth certificates. I am aware that my daughter needs to get her birth certificate translated but no where does it say that she as to get both her sons translated. On the ins website, it does not mention that you should send their bcs but nor does it say that you shouldn't. Does anybody have any informations on this matter? Thank you greatly in advance.

nvm, I called the u.s consulate here and yes, you must provide their bc.
For anybody else that downloads the forms off of the uscis website, even tho it doesn't say, yes you must provide it. If you get the form at the consulate itself, it says on the form.
