Hi everyone im in the process of getting my parents here in the us. So far i paid for the (aos fee) but i'm wondering why cant i pay for the (iv fee) which is the visa so i can start doing the ds-260. There is this highlighted in red color say pay here but it wont let me choose any options. Help pls. Mahalo
