checks cashed, but no email/text notification...

Application package delivered by USPS priority mail on 12/16. On my bank account it shows 'ACH Withdrawal Wells Fargo' for both checks ($1070 and $420) on 12/23. I did include Forms for e-notification but so far no email or text message... Is this normal?

It is normal. Average wait time to receive notifications is 2 weeks. Holiday season may be even slower for mail notification. Check your bank statement and/or online transaction to see if they wrote your receipt number on the back of the cashed check.
You can see in these timelines when people send their applications and get a receipt. I suggest you add yours as well.
