Can parents visit USA after I file I-130 for their green card?

I just got my US citizenship and would like to file for my parents' green cards. They have a ten year multiple entry visa to USA and have been visiting USA almost every year.

Can they visit US with their current visa if I apply for their GC? Are there any implications to their travel if I filed for their GC?

Any input will be very helpful.

Well if you applied already they might stop them at the airport and send them back. If i were you i won't take that chance. I will just wait for the green cards since it won't take that long any ways“about 9 months”. But if you didn't file yet they can come here and stay for the visit and during the visit time you may apply for the I130 and I485. And actually they can finish the process here as well if they like.
