If IR1 10 year greencard holder want to get devorce after 8-9 month after getting greencard. Will it effect on her visa or greencard residence.?? Bcoz her husband is so aged & it makes her physically and mentally uncomfort.. As an example she havee pain and bleeding when they intercorse. Now she came back to her homecountry & want to devorce. What will be her greencard status if she divorce.
