I-130 approved next step

My sister applied I-130 for me I received approval notice. Now will NVC contact me for further processing steps within 90 days or when my priority date will become current? Could you please let me know.

To give you an idea- my Priorty date is April 15th 2005....weve been waiting approx 12 years!!! and still waiting

Probably nothing will happen and you have to wait another decade for visa numbers to become available.

I-30 mistake

There was a mistake on submitted I-30 form. The mistake is on section C item 17. Instead of the relatives name which supposed to be husband name but mistakenly put petitioner name which is wife name. Application submitted and it's been received. Can that be corrected by calling them or any opinion on that pls?

i guess you are looking at approx another 4/5 years etc if you are in the F3 category
