Adjustment of status through USCIS or consular processing?
Hello guys,
My husband and I got married in September. He is currently on a F1 student visa, and the status is D/S, but he has been out of school. We would like some suggestions on filing for AOS, through the states or if he should visit his home country for a few months and file through consular processing? We would like to know which way is the faster process. We currently live in Houston, Texas and it seems to me that USCIS processes AOS pretty slow here.
