I-130 no news

I filed my I-130 in November 2016 in New Delhi. Seems like the Demand Draft was encashed on the same day.

I was asked to contact them in 2 months. I have not got any word from them till today. I am not even sure if the I-130 has been sent for processing.

Anyone in the same situation in India?

What should I do next? Just wait?

I-130 approved. how to go about now

Dear All

My I-130 is approved and I have received a letter to get my documents in place and finsih medicals and schedule interview .

Can anyone please suggest good immigration conultants / lawyers in Delhi.

I want to make sure I am doing things absolutely correct.

Please please help
